The ocean has always been a part of me. When I put my head under the water and hear my own hear beat I feel alive. 

Breath work has been the vessel which has allowed me to create my own perfect life. Once I learned how to breathe my surfing changed. I remember being on a wave and going oh how am I breathing. You’d take a specific turn successfully and realise it was all the breath control and everything held together by that muscle.

If your breath is fast and out of control then your life is probably going to be chaotic. However if you slow down the breath and there is control then your life is going to have control, you’re going to have control of your life.

I appreciate being able to slow my mind on the road, its like that meditation, its like that underwater feeling, everything is slowed down, you are focusing on everything at once but also, nothing at the same time.

You’re just really connected to yourself and your surroundings.
