Temporary amendment to our Cancellation Policy

Policy applies for bookings made between 08 April 2026 to 31 August 2026, for travel between 08 April 2026 to 30 September 2026 The policy covers travel date changes or cancellations where there has been government or state-imposed fuel restrictions in the country of pick up for JUCY and Star RV vehicle. Should such restrictions be implemented, customers have the following options:

Move booking dates within the next 12 months, subject to availability and new pricing
Free of charge cancel their bookings up to 7 days prior to pick up (if amending within the 7 days, you are still liable for cancellation fee if you cancel at a later date)

Your booking is governed by the Terms and Conditions that were in place on the date you confirmed or last amended your booking.
